We just finished the first of our two annual bottlings. In just three days, we hand-bottled 12,267 bottles of wine!
The picture on top is the crew in assembly-line fashion, with Nicholas washing the bottles, Theresa filling them, Mortimer "Corky" putting the corks in, and Rick "Chopped Liver" putting on the capsules.
The picture on the right is Theresa and her trusty bottle-filler. You can tell by her smile that bottling is loads of fun! We can't wait to do it again in the Fall!
